A car transmission problem is very complicated so it could just need a little adjustment around the valves of your tranny or you might have to get a rebuilt tranny. Is your car rpm go above 4 if it does then first thing to check is under your car like muffler to check if it have holes on the surface or maybe all the belts around pulley. If you know for sure it is your tranny then it is better to look for rebuilt one for Honda on internet or just call and see if your local junk yards have it. Good luck.
