Could anyone tell me if a copy of I-20 is required to file H1B? My lawyer never asked me for a copy , he did ask for my OPT card though.I have applied for B2 to cover my gap. Is that the reason he didnt ask for my I-20? I am just guessing that they would still require a copy of I-20. ANYBODY please let me know.
