Look, Nepal has formally admitted Tibet as a part of China, so it's fool of them to show such protests. If they have to do so, then they gotta find some land that opposes the China's presence in Tibet.

Well Dalai Lama is in India, he's lots of supporters over there. Talking about the government, Indian government can provide even more secure path for their protest than Nepal.
