I would suggest to kill this "kaal_ratri" first. Someone who believes in killing for solving the problem is the biggest enemy for human race and should be killed first. I don't believe in killing, so somebody else will kill him.  This person has no value at all. Nobody will be concerned about his killing. But, when a leader, doesn't matter good leader or bad leader, is murdered, the whole country will be in peril due to violence. Recent example is the Columbian FARC Guerrilla leader killed in Ecuador.
