Now is the time. There is exactly one month left to file your H1-B petition and I hope you are or will be ready to file on April 1.

Remember that you have only ONE day if you are filing under regular quota. If you are filing under Master’s quota, you might have few days more but don’t count on that. In 2006, Master’s quota had exhausted on July 26. Last year, it was gone by April 30.

So get your application packet ready to be delivered to USCIS on April 1. Not a day before, not a day after.
