I failed to understand about this support for presidential candidate in usa from our friends here.  well, i am sure most of us who are in usa do not have voting rights, especially those who visits sajha often.  I assume most of those who visit sajha are students or/and young professional.

It would be nice if we talk about our support to our politicians, election is coming near in our home country too, but i am not sure if it will happen this time or not.

well, we might like obama, clinton or Mccain.  how this presidential race gonna benefit us,nepal or nepali?  i seriously doubt that US policy will change drastically for nepal if any of these candidate take white house next january.  regarding, those of us who are already here, we  care more about economic condiation, job growth, more H1bs and green cards rather than iraq war, social security benefits, health care plan.  these issues are not for us anyways, at least not for most of us.  those who are students, they are paying on their own and those who are in H1b, company is paying for them, insurance that is.
