I had the same problem..but it was Qatar airways. Service was ok but the  Qatar office in KTM is really a corrupt and its non other than our own Nepalese daju didi's behaving in a rude way and trying to get more money for the ticket which was already confirmed. Seriously i had to climb their stairs 5 days just to make sure my ticket was confirmed..sometimes they would say theres no more economy class..so get the business class ...damn..anything can happen in Nepal.
