It depends on the number of credit hours you have earned. If you think you do not have many credit hours, start fresh. Apply as a freshman to the top universities and possibly retake SAT. Get higher score and also appear in APs if you can. This is the fastest and the best way to graduate. Nonetheless, you can choose to follow this path only if you are a student of exceptional record, but due to financial hardships you could not maintain your GPA. Otherwise, repeat the courses at the community college, get higher GPA and transfer. NEVER get discouraged, I have witnessed the path from Community College to Ivy in many cases.
