Dear NPL_US,

                      Don't get too much carried away by that blue letter of death. What they basically want to do is to check weather you are serious applicant of not? Call home and ask your parents to make paper work that indicates  your sponsor health had degraded and they have to take rest for a year of so. I have broken it down for you;

1. Sponsor's hospital's report when he/she was first admitted and what was the disease? This is what the doctors would write when they first examine.

2. Any kind of test result that might have been done inorder to predict the disease such as x-ray reports and other tests.

3.A letter from a doctor in English in an official hospital's or his/her clinics letter pad clearly indicating what went wrong with the patience ( your sponsor) and when did it happened and how long does he/she need to take rest to recover.

                    If you are not able to bring 1 and 2 then still manage to bring 3. Your parent's could have relatives who could be doctors. Think of a disease or injury that need a bed rest for a year or so such as back ache or something.. The reason USCIS is doing this is they they want proof of every claim that you make. Saying my sponsor is sick doesn't help but having a supporting document is the right way to approach them. And be happy that you received RFE this means that USCIS is actually looking at your application.

Best Wishes,
Yeklo_Yatri
