A friend of mine who had a masters degree in Bio...(something) from a very reputed university in CA got his H1 petition rejected. (In Nepali, Chadke ma paryo).  Though it was a different consultancy then this I must say as of now that I am nit sure if this consultancy will do it (H1 filing) for you.

 If they don’t then I know a Nepali consultancy in MN. You can try there. But wait and see if these people get back within next day or two for now.  I am hoping on this just because this one trains in BA and SAS (you can do SAS pharmaceutical). Moreover, they have online training (you don’t have to leave your job till placed) and of course it’s a big company revenue wise; in short, it’s better to be here then anywhere else.
