When you are driving friend's car (insured on her name) on learning permit and you happened to hit another insured car ( ur fault)........whats happens to u if the owener of the car u hit has uninsured motorist coverage? do u have to pay the insurance company which pays for he second car's the damage caused by you ( an uninsured motorist) what happens if u cannot pay to to insurence company?
