exactly, I am still a student so I can't speak from Howard's perspective. But it looks like people who've "fallen victim" to the Indian consultancies have mostly their communication skills to blame. I mean if you can't even write a grammatically coherent sentence, who's gonna give you a job?. Most people fret about their GPA's, but I guess when it comes to landing a job, communication skills are just as important, especially when you pad your resume. If you can't back up your resume with an intelligent speech, they'll catch you for sure.
Remember, to be a successful person, you should also reflect a successful persona, and a lot of it can derive from impeccable communication skills. Improve your English people.
