Put that bong down Marley and get your facts straight. 75% to 85% of jobs within the US economy are acquired through personal connections. So yes, the MAJORITY OF PEOPLE do fall into this category. Check out that link if you don't believe me.

Also, I know that the degree of manipulation on these resumes might be more than just exaggeration. But hey, desperate times call for desperate measures. In the end both the employers and employees are helping each other out, so what the hell is your problem? And one more thing don't question my caliber, I am just trying to illuminate the other side of the mirror. You bloody well know that everybody has a right to opinion and that you should learn to respect it.
