Not sure about the "most feared" part, but Monarchy surely has been the most widely used excuse for our government for being so impotent. 

We couldn't build the dam because the king caused our P.M constipation and he couldn't come here for inaugration. Our "panchabarse yojana" didn't materialise because the fkin' king created bladder issues to our dear mantri. The king caused me eczema and my government vaginal itching. Yada yada yada!

  If AND only if the monarchy falls down and Nepal becomes a legitimate "republic" state, what excuses would our governments come up with for being (in lack of better words) this gay ? Alas! all the doubts regarding the incapability of our present days' moronic leaders is going to be unmasked once monarchy is absent fromt the scene.. I can see Girija proudly "rejecting" to be the first President and Prachande "humbly declining" to be our dear Prime Minister
