This is very true.With Energy crisis in the world in next 10-15 years.Hydro power is wealth.It is in best interest in India to play divide and rule policy.When Nepal is divided into small regional govt. It is easier to manipulate and make these small regional ethnic regions in the interest of India.More effective approach.I can only applaud the visionary thinking of India Leaders while regretting the blindness of our so called leaders.
