And about dipika being a "girl", have you seen his/her ID to claim that he/she is a girl? Well, I haven't. So, I can't really cliam that it's really a "dipika" behind that nick or a "dipak" predending to be dipika. If the writer is really a "girl", you should be happy that sajha has found a good female nepali writer in Dipika. And, if encouraging someone for good work makes us "khasi, boka, chynagra or whatever", I have nothing to say. I am happy with all those adjectives.
At last, I am amazed that you took all the story literally and concluded that Dipika's room must be very dirty. That's really amusing. If I write something like "I want to die tonight..", does it stand for invitation for my funeral tomorrow? Certainly not..
