Good luck in finding "American Companies" that would sponsor H1B. Why do you think American companies heistate to do so? My answer to that is: If those companies can find American citizens who do not need sponsorship why would they take the trouble of hiring you. I am not saying there are no companies. My point is it is very hard to find one. First they have to know you and fell that you are worth the trouble.

 I had frens who had 2-3 years of experience in Nepal and completed MBA in US with very good GPA (3.5-4.0) but still could not find a job that would sponsor H1B. Finally they had to go for IT.
