What does EPL being one of the top leagues in the world has anything to do with England not being able to reach to the Euro 08'. It is the clubs with a big stacks of dough who manage to gather players from all over the world and contribute EPL in making it so glamorous.

But it is certainly disappointing to hear this. England is a reputed and one of those few teams that draws viewers to their tv screen. I am not willing to watch any Poland or freaking Greece or any Austria/Switzerland holding the championship again.
