I know a few people who paid him and got the visa, but there  was one in butwal who paid him 10 lakh in advance, but that guy didn't get visa. There are other cases of corruption, like forcefully selling third-class cds and tapes to all 4 thousand vdc and 75 DDCs as part of annual budget package during the king's rule. They didn't buy, the cds and tapes were sent to each unit and the money charged from the finance ministry. And you know what? these tapes and cds were all about kings and queens (hamro raja pyaro chha, etc.) what a joke!
