hey Sajha People,

I need few information regarding my situation. I have 2 option on my mind .. i need you guys help to clear it.

My GF is in US in tourist visa and i want to marry her but dont know which process should i choose.

1. Marry her in US in Court and apply to change her visa to F2 since i am in F1 status. or

2. Go back to nepal and marry there and apply her in F2.

I am wondering which one is easy to do.

I am much interested to sort this out in US if possible

plz guide me with detail process to overcome this conflict.

any help / suggestion / advice is highly appreciated.
