absolutely agree with gazadi and solitude.
the answer to repression can NEVER be repression. the effect will be a chain reaction going in full circles. fight against injustice, fight for the basic rights but don't be freaking unjust yourself! i am all for social inclusion and equal rights. we nepali-- be it pahade or madhesi, hindu or budhists or christians or muslims, bahuns or chhetris or newars or gurungs or magars or dalits-- should fight for equal rights within nepal-- for a stable, fully represented and a just society WITHIN nepal.
"swayatta chhetra, swamitta sarkar"-- CRAP! divide the nation in the line of ethnicity eh? you yourself will be divided--get the gist! give ktm to the locals (newars for the most part), pahads to bahun chhetris, himal to sherpas so on and so forth...solution will be NADA--big time!
few years down the line, a small sect within madhesis will ask for a separate state....upadhyaya bahuns will ask for a separate state within pahad, jaisi bahun will ask for another, newars in bhaktapur will want their own representation and and so will newars from patan and the list goes on. where we going?? "bhai fute gawar loote"
division is never a solution..it's rather an invitation to another set of problems of mammoth magnitude which will further derail the already derailed nation towards graver danger. don't freaking try to stir hatred among nepalese, we already have enough problems to deal with in the first place. let's be solution oriented, let's NOT BE A PART OF THE PROBLEM!
