Ok that sounds great. If majority of the population agrees to the fact that only the King has the power to bring peace and prosperity to Nepal, then I strongly suggest that we write a Petition for Peace addressed to His Royal Highness, highlighting the plight of the people, and seeking his immediate action to save us all from ultimate destruction. How can we contact the King? Can we make an appointment to see him personally? Or must we go through protocol and govt. red tape in order to hand over the Petition for Peace to him? Is there any special occassion when he comes out to meet the public? Is there any palace official who can make this appointment a reality? Think, friends, think hard..... there must be a way... to meet the King. Time is ticking and we cannot afford to wait and see and hope for miracles to happen. Its ordinary people like us, people who love Nepal, people who love the King...who can can help him turn around the political situation. Thoughts and words have to be put into action. Otherwise, we are all wasting each other's time. Can we meet the King during Tihar? Where will he go during this festival? If we can hand over a simple Petition, it better than all the talking in the world. The next Petition for Peace should be submitted to the UN International Security Commission. If this can be achieved, than we've have got the ball rolling.
