Lootekukur:
Thanks. I have followed your posts for a long time and enjoy reading your thoughts.
Samsara:
It's heartening to know you could relate to the character. I thought twice before posting this story because I was aware of it's limited appeal. As a matter of fact, I was afraid nobody would respond to it. I am thrilled to have come across a small but valuable set of readers in you, the three other folks who commented and some silent readers out there.
I enjoy, and have for a long time been reading, your commentary and ideas on various subjects
Gahugoro:
Thanks for your comments.
RatoBhaley:
Thanks. You bring a lot of wit and wisdom to this place and it is fun reading your thoughts.
I also wanted to thank the folks who provided feedback and comments off line. I'd like to share something I was asked in one of two emails I got in reaction to this story : how real is Suvit? The answer: this is not any one person's story from start to finish, and large parts of it are simply figments of my bored imagination, but there have been, and still are, people and events in my life that have influenced the choice of character, plot and tone. Suvit may not be the most savory and congenial character out there, but he can be as real as anyone reading this.
Last but not least thanks to everyone for reading. Hope to see you all in another place at another time.
