it is sad this incident happened. but i am saying the girl should have looked before crossing the street.. maybe she was drunk too.. she just came oout of the bar the newspaper said... i havent seen any normal person in their 20's run across the street without even looking. IF she had looked and saw a car coming MAYBE she would have stepped back and waited instead of trying to cross the road..

i have driven drunk before too and on top of that many times cop was right behind me. i pray i was very lucky not to get stopped.. that was during my teenage and college years.. now much older wiser i dont try such silly things like that..

and all u guys telling this kid is Murderer... u havent even heard the facts how can he be murdered.. yes he may had too many drinks but how do u know she didnt just jump in front of his car and try to commit suicide... this is baizat accussation coming from fellow nepalis.. he is NOT what some u guys are saying..
