i have valid h1b and valid stamping. so it shudnt be a problem. I already checked ins web site and even talked with my lawyers. its no big deal. if you don't have valid visa and valid h1 then in that case u need travel document. but my case is different. So I can travel.

anybody out there who has more knowledge about fingerprinting...........
