hey guys, i got my h1 approval last week. But the sad thing is my consultancy has not start the training yet.by october i should have completed the training on BA but they said i m the only person in that consultancy to have BA traning and they r still arranging the whole thing. i m confused here. there is so many questions in my mind... do i need to get the pay check rolling from that company or not? if not, how can i process h4 for spuse? if i can transfer the h1 in the company that i m working now instead of waiting for them? please share ur experience, i would really aprreiate it.
