After reading the story about Lhendup Dorje, and http://www.mysansar.com/?p=1932, I seriously doubt that all these leaders are just dancing to the tune of Indians. The state is being blind to all these atrocities in Terai, and the majority of Nepalese are in Terai. CA is must but not by ignoring the lives of people.
