nice discussion !!! I need help too .. I am in CPT and working for a company fulltime .. I dont know when to apply for the H1-B .. it is been 6 months I am working here and I can work for another 20 months until I finish my Master's.. Can anyone tell me when shall I start to think about H1-B. I dont know my company will sponsor for H1-B or not ? Shall I keep on working this company or start finding a job that sponsors H1_B.
