Hey guys, I am seeking for your advice from experience of yourself or others. A started to work with company X in CPT for 6 months (All course work were completed except Thesis submission). Then he continued to work in same company in OPT. During OPT He submitted Thesis and Graduated. Now - Can he use the Masters Degree to file Green Card from the same company. One lawyer says no. But I have seen the another one case with similar situation but his lawyer filed LC and then Green Card. Just curious to know if you have any similar situation and what you did.
