muncha is very good and reliable about money transfer; I've not tried their other services yet. There may be some unavoidable circumstances in kathmandu as we all know the situation there. I tried net4nepal once and got very much pleased and satisfied with their service; gift was reached in good condition in less than 18 hours. It's a good idea also to complain to them as well.
