hi, i saw your post in the trackit. com too, you seem to be good browser. well, yes you can request delhi visa office to transfer your file to buffalo. write a letter to delhi office with your reqest and i guess you have to send them the proof of your residency which entitles you to transer your file. i guess you applied when you were in nepal, now moved to US? its a normal process, take it easy, could be done without any hassel. regards raj
