It could be 'gyane' or it could be 'maoists' or it could even be 'political parties' or the 'madhesi morchas' who actually claimed it. I'm against 'gyane', but if maoists go on claiming their mantras of conspiracy and saying 'gyane' did it without any evidence, then I'll also have to believe that maoists actually did it to escape from the polls.
