Biruwa, The best thing to do now is, send the police report from Nepal or whatever country you lived previously. At some point they will ask you for FBI finger print - US police report. Do this only when they ask you. The reason is it expires in 1 year and your application process may take 1 and 1/2 years. So, do whenever they ask you by the end of your application process. If you didn't send your police report from Nepal along with your application, then wait till they ask you to submit. You may have to send all police report along with US police report.
