i think more than history and legacy of narayanhity, they want to make it a presidential palace because for the simple reason that it's close to TEACHING HOSPITAL and fairly close to bir hospital as well...hahahahaha....anything can happen anytime ni hoina?...especially if Prachanda sir becomes the president... i say: forget teaching or bir..how about somewhere in lalitpur close to patan hospital? mental hospital is also there.so...it will do both ways ..hahaha :D)
