May the departed soul rest in peace. Baltimore is not a good place to live as a working class. Crime rate and HIV infection is highest in Baltimore. I know life is no easy in any part of USA but........I live in baltimore so I know, even in downtown there are places where it is scary and dangerous to walk even in daylight.
