Where is the Rest of the Universe?

Article quotes Turner, "So far, the greatest achievement with dark energy is giving it a name," What is now called dark energy is the insanely famous cosmological constant. When Einstein formulated his famous theory of gravity (General Relativity) he assumed a static universe. Later observation showed that universe was expanding as the light waves from distant stars were redshifting(remember your grade school doppler's effect). Infact recent observation has shown that the universe is accelerating. The problem is that the cosmological constant which appears in models(such as FRW) is so small and yet not zero that this problem has proven to be very difficult to resolve. Back to Turner's remark. In 1998, Michael Turner happened gave a redundant name to cosmological constant naming it dark energy. Although, I disapprove of Turner's camouflaged renaming, he is a good guy afterall.
