And yea casino.. no human is illegal!!! I've read an article from an undocumented immigrant, Go for the abstracts.. they're really touching!! Its a nostalgic blow: Overshadowed voice seeking hearing ears Seen enough, "break them, twist them, drag them, deport them, felonalize them, imprison them or legalize them, have equal respect to them," etc etc. If you're an undocumented immigrant - like myself - these are potentially linked to your emotional expectation of getting legalised. I'd call myself a Undocumented Immigrant not illegal, because its logically very hard to define it for illegal merely loving to live in this country of freedom and human rights with love to the people and respect to the existing laws or setting up a anticipations to reach the heights ONE DAY, (yes that one day hope never dies) exercising all the legal rights in this country. If i'm to be illegal, anyone who were ever undocumented in this country qualify to be LINKED somehow to this highly offensive tag "ILLEGAL". I stay away from crime, i'd like to honor the laws but need an opportunity, and i'm here for no harm so please take this tag off me and put it on who's a felon, murderer, who is into terrorism or is involved into anti-law activities. What's goes wrong if i'm added up with existing legal residents of the country? Instead, coming out of shadow and being exposed helps boost the economic and security status of the country. My legalization enables me to pay the income taxes as well as i could also registered to the concerned governmental agency that aids ensure the security of the country to some extent. Besides i contribute my effort, knowledge, skill or prespective in the certain sector of my ability in this country. I cannot be always be generalised as none qualified cheap labors, no not necessarily. Many of me could be highly qualfied having the potentials in my field of expertise that the country is always in high demand of. Closing the door to demonstrate my skills is less my loss, but could be the country's more. I also could be the one who has all family dependent on my income for living, my failure to support them financially might be fatal for their survival and existing obligations. My poor mom might be waiting for her son to pay her a visit the soonest, -an uneducated, non-english speaker, living in a very poor urban village, havent even seen a simple means of transportation or effect of electricity- is aware of most of the major immagration development, or my wife might be making the fake consolation to her kids of their daddy's arrival when they deny their lunch or dinner without their dad. I'm bound up that i cannot go back in order to support their survival through the every-day hard work earning, unless i'm able to do back and forth. I might be undocumented but i've emotions too, mostly for the ones whom i've been struggling for. Miracle would be the day when i get to see them bring them here. I cry being nostalgic all the time, emotionally or sometimes the tears forces their access off my eyes. I've started witnessing my moral and emotional attachments to the country itself where i'm living being labled Illegal, to its people and the way it is. I'd pray all my life for this country's betterment for embracing me as its one of the legal residents and in return, i promise that i'd never be of any harm. Hopefully one of 'em!
