They disburst international calls from local lines after decoding VOIP signal in their local receiver. So, for the receiver, it is simply a call originated at some local unit, not an international call. Also, the mobile and landline - calling are different from sms, they are simply call counts on the respectives bins of the Indian idol contestant.
