2k, Since you have completed Nursing program from Nepal, you do not have to go to college to get RN licence in US. You have to get your credential evaluation from http://cgfns.org/ which costs around $328. Then you have to go to the State Board of Nursing for your state and apply for Licensure (cost depends on state). Then you can appear for NCLEX-RN exams which costs around $200. https://www.ncsbn.org/ After you pass the NCLEX you need to be hired and sponsored by Hospital/Clinic then you are all set with work visa status and then green card.
