Well...I too had sinus problem when i was back in nepal...i had two surgeries...the first one was in 2002 and the second one was in 2004...both in teaching hospital maharajgunj...well after i came to US...i am not having problems anymore...before that i tried everything from ayurvedic medicines, yoga, nasal sprays, medications etc...but ultimately i had to go to the doctor...and surgery was my last option...but it worked out well...and it didnt cost me more than six thousand rupees for the surgery (if u are price conscious)...so i would recommend u to have surgery in nepal...go to teaching hospital (ENT department) and go for it...good luck
