Stock Brokers normally do not analyze stocks...they pitch... Prediction? ..accurate prediction..? To be blunt...forget about prediction.... Wall Street is all about qualitative information....unless you want to be a quant. The problem with finance is .... like economics...it's a field that is desperately trying to immitate Physics... In real world... like my fav authors says... " you can prefer apples over oranges, and oranges over pears....and can prefer pears over apples..." Bottom line...if you wish to make lots of money by being on the phone whole day...and have a very thick skin....you'll be a succesful stockborker with your own yatch... forget prediction...just sell a story :o)
