Because initially I filed my H1 from a consulting company. Since they did not start the training up till now, I found a job on my own. Now I want to transfer my H1 from them and I doubt they would give my approval paper so easily. If push comes to shove, I have to ask for it. But just wanted to see/find if someone has been in this scenario and understand what the best move is.
