Hi khabardar; I recently applied I130 and i got receipt.I applied in Jan,2007 but the way i see in the priority date it is like 2 years down still. So, i am thinking of going through employer GC.So, just quick suggestion to you too to go through employer than family.Just my personnel thoughts.
