and also, tht girl who called me did mention about customer care being in india... said somethin like...the technology not being all tht great in nepal yet so they've outsourced it to india rey n said if they're trynna get it to ktm...naya company ho bhandai thiyo i recharged twice and then it went bad but, this girl calld me up n sai it'll work agn in a while..
