. It can happen with any airline.. I lost my baggage with Qatar Airlines last year. ....needed three days to find out where it was. ..came after 10 days after it has been to Abu Dhabi, Tokyo and Bangkok. It happened with American Airlines too.... flight from Seattle to Dallas .. in 2003..recieved my baggage after 7 days and I had to pay the charges for finding my own luggage. Because I had discount fare... There is no perfect Airline... They all have same disease.. ....saving money on staffs ..unreliable ..May I help you? call centres Actually they cannot help anything.. "They go on like "Sorry I will forward your request this is just call centre.." ...not woking e-ticketing with no customer service... . .
