There are two utilitarian theory in biz: Rule and the other one is Action. I will opt for Rule. I would suggest people to vote the Nepali Picture only if you feel sure that it is best picture not because it is Nepali, but because it is best among all pictures in the competition. Can we stand on this principle? A few years ago, I saw similar wave of requests to push a Nepali song in top 10 list at BBC.com, and it succeeded. Yes, it happens in US's TV program: the IDOL real show. Hawain did such campaigns. This just makes us dissatisfied when someone else does the same tactics. So, lets not be blindly part of this voting campaign.
