namaste to all sajha bashi i have some questions regarding immigration issues and i am sure that people in sajha will be able to clarify those questions. my first question is: can a guy live separate with hiswife after getting married to his US citizen gf and process his green card?? is it going to affect the process? my second question is: if a guy who is in F1 status gets married to a US citizen then how long does he have to wait to claim in state tuition rate after hefiles for green card?? does he have to wait 2 whole years until he gets the card in his hand or he can do it after certain time?? your help will be highly appreciated and people who do not want to help do not have to post unnecessary comments. thank you in advance
