Amit You need to apply for visa to enter Canada. You can get that from Canadian consulate in US. after you receive Canadian visa go to Canada and apply for US visa with your H1B. You need to take your new I-94 with you to return from Canada. You have to stay until you get US visa in Canada. it may take about a week (Apply to stamping).
