Completely. 100 %. Despite of being a supporter of Democratic Nepal, can't support you more on this. Democracy is applicable when voters are literate, economy is strong and booming, politician are discipline. Even countries like US are not truely democratic. Do you belive it is truely democratic when 300 billions dollars are spent for each Presidential election??? I do not. Nepal has a long way to go before demoracy is fruitful there.
