Prachanda really makes me laugh some times! First he wanted the Foreign Ministry portfolio...for what....what would he have done with the Foreign Ministry portfolio--all the remaining foreign aids could have been halted. Then he always wanted to create a good relationship with the outgoing US ambassador Moriarty. Prachanda was soft on Moriarty and looked ways to be near him after the Maoists came into the government. Now, when Moriarty is ending his tenure, he becomes "a proud and boring person". Also, he wantes to create a good relationship with the EU and its member nations after failing to create one with US and India and still continuing his terror and violence through YCL and ANSFU. I wonder he thinks the world is as stupid and idiot as he is
